Hera Ludovisi Head Piece Restoration
The ZMartin Plastering craftsmen was asked to restore a treasured artwork – a plaster reproduction of Juno Ludovisi (also called Hera Ludovisi) a colossal Roman marble head of the 1st century CE.
The piece had fallen and was broken in many places with additional cracks throughout. Our team of talented craftsmen lovingly performed a plaster restoration of the bust, back to its original beauty.
